Coach Ahmed Returns from Nyc

After a month of training in the United States, Coach Ahmed is finally back on the mats in Erbil and the energy in the room says it all. He spent his time at Renzo Gracie HQ in New York, also known as the Blue Basement, one of the most elite Jiu-Jitsu academies in the world.

Under the direct supervision of Professor Rafael Costa, Coach Ahmed trained daily with top-level athletes, sharpening his skills and absorbing the details that define world-class grappling.

As a recognition of their dedication and growth, both Coaches Ahmed and Al Hakam were awarded a stripe by Professor Costa, a testament to their hard work and progress on the mats.

He returned not just refreshed , but upgraded. This time, it’s all about spider guard: new entries, transitions, and control concepts that have already started reshaping the way our team rolls.

The students welcomed him back with excitement. Everyone was eager to learn, to ask questions, and to test the new techniques. It wasn’t just another class, it was a level-up moment for the whole team.

Welcome back, Coach. Let’s keep pushing forward.
