We were lucky to have Alan Omer back at the gym this week for another incredible NOGI training session.
Training Highlights
We started with the classic rigorous warm-up to get everyone ready and ready for the session ahead.
Training Focus:
This time, the focus was on hand fighting for the clinch. Alan taught us arm drag to back techniques, trips, and takedowns to secure the back. With fewer people showing up, Alan had the opportunity to concentrate on each pair for a longer time, giving personalized attention and tips.
Sparring:
To end the training, we had a sparring session where Alan graciously sparred with everyone, providing valuable insights and challenges.
